Multani Mitti — literally “mud from Multan” — is one of the subcontinent's most enduring beauty traditions. This natural mineral clay, known in English as Fuller's earth, has been part of at-home skincare rituals for generations.
We buy ours in its raw form and grind it in-house to a fine, pharmaceutical-grade powder before packing it in the UK, so every 250g pack is smooth, pure and ready to use.
The mask ritual
- Mix a few teaspoons with water or rose water into a smooth paste.
- Apply an even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area.
- Leave for 10–15 minutes.
- Rinse away with warm water.
Naturally absorbent, Fuller's earth is a long-standing favourite for those with oily or combination skin. Patch test before first use.
